Job description
One of the UK's leading vehicle warranty companies is currently expanding and requires an additional Motor Warranty claim advisor. The successful candidate will work from the office as part of a dedicated claims team, delivering a high level of customer service throughout the claims process. Ideally suited to candidates with a background within the Motor Trade however this is not essential.
Assess vehicle warranty claims to ensure the claim complies with the conditions of the warranty. Communicating the outcome of the claim with customers and repairers and coordinating the repairs. Being a point of contact for those who have sent in claims. Ensuring correct filing and storage of paperwork and records in case it is needed at a later date. Liaising with accounting teams to ensure payment is received for any work commissioned. Being in contact with any engineering or technical teams to schedule work to be carried out as part of claim.
Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, including the Internet). Motor / Automotive trade experience would be beneficial. Competitive basic salary up to £25,000 plus bonuses.
Part time positions available. Hours and salary negotiable.
