In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality online lessons, creating engaging educational content, and providing individualized support to students. Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver interactive online lessons
* Meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
* Provide timely feedback and assessment to students to monitor their progress.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and enhance the curriculum.
* Stay updated with the latest e-learning technologies and incorporate them into lessons.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
* Communicate regularly with students and parents to address any concerns or questions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Previous experience teaching in an online or remote setting.
* Proficient in using online learning platforms and tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
