Working hours: 10 hours per week Interview Date: Week Commencing 17th December 2025 The Salvation Army, Isle of Wight Homelessness Service provides accommodations for 42 men and women and services for those at risk of becoming homeless, across the Isle of Wight. Within our Ryde Lifehouse we provide personalised intervention programmes for 26 residents in self-contained accommodation, supporting them on their individual journeys from street to home, through the stages of the Homelessness Pathway on the Island. Key Responsibilities: The General Assistant - Cleaning will be based at Fellowship House, Ryde. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleaning in communal areas, which meets health and safety regulations and legislation, to provide safe environments for the residents. In addition, you will complete day to day tasks to ensure the service operates consistently, safely and successfully.
