Above, as applicable to oil and gas project buildings, typically (but not limited to) Control Buildings, Electrolyser Buildings, Electrical Buildings / Substations, Instrument Buildings, Compressor / Turbine Buildings, process / clad industrial structures, Pump Houses, Shelters etc.
Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience as follows:
* Engineering / Architectural qualification - HNC, Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Building Engineering.
* Preferred - Registered or Chartered Engineer - member of an appropriate professional organization
* Experience in the field of Buildings related to oil & gas and hydrocarbon projects
* Detailed Design, EPC and FEED projects
* Spatial design and building aesthetic design experience
* Knowledge of Planning / Permitting package drawings and deliverables (UK, International)
* Knowledge and experience of applicable international and industry specifications, standards and codes
* Knowledge and experience of UK Building Regulations and BREEAM
* Complimentary knowledge of Building design and coordination e.g. Building services, HVAC and other coordination interfaces for the design of industrial Buildings.
* Hands-on experience of engineering software and tools as relevant to Architectural engineering and design e.g. AutoCAD, Revit.
* Experience of blast resistant buildings architectural design
* Experience of clad modular process buildings architectural design
