You’ll work closely with class teachers to provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils stay engaged, grow in confidence, and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils in all years. Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Adapt and prepare resources to meet diverse learning needs and styles. Foster positive relationships with pupils, encouraging participation and a love of learning. Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing insights to support lesson planning. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Candidate Requirements Experience in a school or educational support role is desirable, but not essential. A genuine passion for supporting the development of young children. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
