We're looking for an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join our Advisory team to play a key role in managing conflicts of interest and confidentiality, supporting strategic compliance and risk management across our UK and international offices.
What You'll Do:
• Analyse potential conflicts and confidentiality issues, reviewing conflict check results
• Support and advise the Conflicts Committee/Conflicts Partner with information gathering and recommendations
• Identify commercial, risk, and reputational issues at client acceptance/conflict checking stage
• Liaise with partners and fee earners to assist with conflicts analysis and advise on engagement terms
• Attend Conflicts Committee/Conflicts Partner meetings and communicate decisions to the business
• Work closely with the Onboarding Conflicts team to implement confidentiality protocols
• Contribute to wider OGC projects and help improve policies and procedures
