* Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance
* Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
* Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
* Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

Skills & Experience:
* Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
* Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians
* Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time
* Possess a full, current driving licence
