Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Cambridge. In this role, you’ll serve as the key point of contact for client organisations—guiding them through onboarding, supporting their ongoing use of our platform, and helping them realise real value from our solution.
This is a hybrid role, and we’re open to flexible arrangements. Ideally, you’re based within a reasonable distance of our Cambridge office and happy to collaborate in person a few times a week.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client organisations
* Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients
* Manage and update content within our secure SaaS platform
* Provide support for client questions and troubleshoot technical issues
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Project Management teams
* Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, escalating risks or opportunities
* Capture and share client feedback to improve our service
* Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth integration and delivery of content and services through our secure platform.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience in SaaS, edtech, govtech, or public sector is a plus
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
* Exposure to content management, proposals, or project support
Nice to Have
* Understanding of secure or regulated environments (e.g., corrections, justice, government)
* Experience contributing to RFPs or client bids
* Familiarity with technical platforms or education/government technology
