AV Solutions Designer
Ashford / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: 40 hour week - Flexitime
The Role
As a Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for designing and specifying AV, lighting, and network systems for luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design audio-visual and lighting systems for luxury residential and commercial projects
Produce schematics, elevations, and cable schedules
Support senior designers with project documentation and design updates
Conduct site visits and surveys
Update and manage details within estimating software
Liaise closely with the sales, project, and engineering teams to deliver detailed design solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years' experience in AV design
Strong working knowledge of design systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Experience producing schematics and technical drawings
Familiar with lighting design and multi-room AV systems
Knowledge of control and networking systems such as Ruckus, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
Knowledge of AV & Lighting systems such as Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Rako
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Package:
The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
5% discretionary annual bonus (paid quarterly)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional days for Christmas closure
