This pivotal role involves executing reward strategies that help us attract, motivate, and retain top-tier talent. You will be responsible for ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Lead on the development and implementation of reward and projects, programs, and policies.
* Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
* Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long‑term reward programs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance practices.
* Provide expert advice to HR and management on all reward‑related matters.
* Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees.
* Respond to reward‑related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
* Lead the annual pay review process and the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits.
* Collaborate with HR and the business to ensure alignment between reward strategies and overall business goals.
* Optimise our data hub and streamline processes performed by the HR analysts.
* Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
* Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large‑scale environment.
* Experience in reviewing and administering UK employee benefits programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Experience in benchmarking and job evaluation.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law, reward regulations and UK employee benefits legislation.
* Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
