Used Car Business Manager – Main Dealership

Salary: £25,000 basic | £60,000 OTE | Company Car Included
Richard Abson Group is delighted to be working with a leading main dealership in Stockport to find an experienced Used Car Business Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a premium customer experience.
About the Role:
As a Business Manager, you will take the lead in managing the sales process for used vehicles while supporting and motivating a team of 4 Sales Executives. You’ll play a crucial role in increasing profitability and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance and profitability in line with dealership targets and growth strategy.
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes to uphold customer fairness.
* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and meet brand partner standards.
* Coach, support, and develop Sales Executives to exceed performance targets and process excellence.
* Act as a liaison with internal teams, manufacturer partners, and finance/insurance providers.
* Tailor finance and insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of each customer.
About You:
* You’re currently working as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, or Senior Sales Executive ready for the next step.
* You have strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of automotive finance.
* You’re highly motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
* Every other weekend OFF, plus an additional day off during the week EVERY WEEK
