Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience. Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality. Inspect completed work to verify compliance with project specifications and standards. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality. Monitor the progress of work and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols. Ensure that all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
