The client is a small, established family-owned regulated children's residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating nine childrens homes. Recently ratedOutstanding by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 517 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
We are currently seeking aSenior Support Workerto join and established dedicated team at an home where 3 children currently reside in a beautiful detached rural property. The home is looking to add an additional child and requires additional staff.
Were looking for an individual who can act as atherapeutic parentproviding high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.
