Field Service Engineer (cradle mechanical arms on top of buildings)
Location: all areas of London
Salary: £40k to £45k plus overtime
Van or travel paid, regular weekend overtime at 1.5x or 2x Sunday, Monday to Friday pension plus all train and tube fares and bonus.
Hydraulic and electrical or Mechanical biased engineers will be considered.
Responsibilities
* Good knowledge mechanical, electrical engineering refurbishments, fault finding, repairs to mechanical arms and mechanical arm hoist that lowers window cleaners' bucket down the outside of buildings.
* Working at height, in all weathers, carrying out maintenance/service repairs and breakdowns on BMUs (mechanical arm hoist that lowers window cleaners' bucket down the outside of buildings).
* To provide technical support and service for our clients products in the field around London buildings.
* Carrying tools on hip, travelling by tube to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our client products.
* To carry out preventative maintenance and servicing of Machinery and products.
* To liaise with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Required NVQ Level 2 or 3 in engineering.
* Experience as Field Service Engineer.
