We have a permanent vacancy for an Assistant Cook in Dunfermline: Pitreavie Primary School - 20 hours per week - 38 week contract (between Monday to Friday 8:30am and 3:00pm) Duties within this school include preparation of food and beverages and the organisation of the service of food. Duties may include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, it’s surround and equipment. Completing required paperwork including electronic returns. You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: £13.64 per hour, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends. Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4 week pay period). Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland). You will be required to attend an induction training day before starting in post.
