Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager you'll be working alongside the Pub Manager helping to lead the team and run our busy pub. You will manage busy services, plan and run special events, welcome and look after customers, and help train and lead the bar/waiting team. You will draw on your knowledge and experience to decide what beers, gins, and wines we offer and how our events should be run. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of everything going on, ensuring that things run smoothly.
