Are you an experienced leader in children’s residential care looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a small, nurturing home for children aged 10–12 with varying needs.
About the role:
* Lead and manage a residential service for up to 3 children (currently only 1 child in placement).
* Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in line with Ofsted requirements.
* Develop a stable, supportive environment where children can thrive.
* Manage, mentor, and inspire your staff team to deliver trauma-informed and child-centred care.
* Oversee all aspects of the home including care planning, budgets, and quality assurance.

What we’re looking for:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People) or working towards it.
* Strong track record in residential children’s care, ideally at Deputy Manager or Registered Manager level.
* In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and children’s legislation.
* A resilient, compassionate leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
