Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers. We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading incidents and requests to resolution Plan and perform the design, installation and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure telephony Monitor network performance and troubleshoot support, installations, deployment for servers, networks, desktop and telephony infrastructure Here at Socotec we understand that we deliver excellence to our customers by having the very best people, to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and MS Server 2012r2 2016 2019 Strong Knowledge on back up solutions Networking topologies, protocols & methodologies Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Vlans, VPN s HCI technology / Nutanix Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (AAD) SOCOTEC are the UK's leading provider of testing, inspection and compliance services.
