* Role: Security Manager
* Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00-19:00 - 60 hours per week
* Location: Chatham, Kent ME4 3ED
Role Requirements
CCTV and Security SIA licence
Key Responsibilities
* Heavily based in the control room.
* Develop, implement, and manage security strategies across assigned sites.
* Lead mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless transition and security setup for new sites or projects.
* Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company standards.
* Liaise with clients and other service partners as required.
* Monitor and report on security operations and incident management.
* Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
* Demonstrable mobilisation experience, including planning and executing security setups for new sites or projects.
* Strong management and leadership skills, ability to influence, negotiate and engage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Relevant security certifications - SIA license and IOSH are preferred.
* Knowledge of security systems and technology.
