? Café Manager
Location: Sinfin, Derby
Salary: £30,000 per annum + KPI Bonus Scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Are you an experienced Café Manager with a passion for exceptional food and world-class customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, serving around 400 customers daily while leading a dedicated team?
We're looking for a confident and motivated Café Manager to lead our ASDA Café team in Sinfin, Derby, delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
?? What You'll Be Doing
As Café Manager, you'll take full ownership of the café's performance and lead a team of 7 colleagues to success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service
Overseeing daily catering and service operations
Managing stock control, inventories and budgets
Monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing action plans
Managing tills and ensuring accurate cash handling
Supporting with rotas, training and compliance paperwork
Liaising effectively between senior management and your team
Maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring high standards at all times
With around 400 customers served daily, you'll be at the heart of a busy, vibrant café operation.

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a Café Manager or similar leadership role
Has experience managing and developing teams
Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Is commercially aware and comfortable working to KPIs
Is ambitious, motivated and eager to progress
