• Shift Pattern: 8pm till 4am • 15hr per week any 2 over 7 or fixed days • Bank holidays lieu if worked • Overtime available Contract type: Permanent• Must have proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced retail or similar food service environment • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations • Effective communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and customers • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Be computer proficient • Be able to work within a small team• Culinary NVQ or equivalent experience working as a chef.
