Commercial Analyst Up to £65,000 10% Bonus Hybrid – London THE COMPANY: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading retail business at the forefront of retail and food service. As part of a growing commercial function, you'll report into the Commercial Director and working closely with Finance, helping drive commercial performance and support data-led transformation across the business. THE ROLE: As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for turning complex datasets into clear insights that directly impact commercial decision-making. You’ll lead reporting, own analysis across multiple categories, and play a key role in supporting supplier negotiations and pricing decisions. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing sales, margin, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Duty Free, Food & Beverage, and Travel Essentials Building dashboards and commercial reports used by leadership, finance, and external partners Delivering insights to support promotional planning, pricing decisions, and supplier negotiations Running sensitivity analyses, scenario modelling, and pre/post campaign evaluations Supporting market and competitor analysis, including pricing and promotional benchmarks Collaborating closely with finance and other commercial stakeholders to drive alignment Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and visualisation across the team YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a commercial, retail, or fast-paced analytical environment Strong Excel skills (mandatory); VBA experience is a plus Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is beneficial, though not essential Confident analysing large datasets and generating clear, actionable insights Strong communication and presentation skills – able to work with and influence senior stakeholders Commercially minded, highly analytical, and comfortable working independently APPLY BELOW!
