Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE)
Our client, a well-established and fast-growing Essex law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their thriving employment law team.
The Role: You'll be working directly with the firm's Managing Director and her experienced team, advising both individuals and businesses on a full range of employment matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your practice whilst maintaining the firm's reputation for outstanding client service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Building rapport with clients and referrers, inspiring confidence in our services
* Advising individuals on employment law issues and achieving the best outcomes
* Supporting businesses (from start-ups to established SMEs) with day-to-day employment and HR matters
* Ensuring clients remain compliant with up-to-date employment legislation
* Providing expert advice that keeps clients on the right side of the law
* Working towards monthly targets and KPIs
* Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
* Solid knowledge of Employment Law
* Excellent, confident communication skills – clear, articulate and welcoming
* High professional and ethical standards
* Pride in delivering exceptional client service
