Primary Supply Teacher - KS1 & KS2, Croydon
We are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Croydon. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy flexible working while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will create a positive, engaging classroom environment and manage behaviour in line with school policies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day
* Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
* Marking work where required and providing feedback to staff
* Adapting to different school settings and year groups
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching within KS1 and KS2
* Be confident delivering lessons across different year groups
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable
