About Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford
is a new secondary school for boys that opened in September 2019 and we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school’s business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.
You will have:
1. A relevant qualification in ICT/business administration or willingness to work towards.
2. Experience of managing and developing school MIS software and data systems, such as Bromcom.
3. Experience of producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
4. The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Access, as well as Explorer and databases.
5. Knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements such as school census.
