We are looking for a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our team in Oldham to support with the delivery of complex repairs by delivering effective resource management. This is a full-time permanent contract.

Key essential requirements of the role:
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
* Experience of working within agreed performance targets
* Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Experience of working with databases
* Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
* Educated to NVQ II or equivalent GCSEs.
Desirable requirements:
* Experience of scheduling work
* Experience of working with subcontractors
