Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Sports psychology department as an Academy sport psychologist. The main purpose of this role is to deliver our sport psychology programme for the academy, with an emphasis on our U9-16s.
Working Hours: Full time, which may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

Person Specification
* Experience of working in the elite sporting environment
* BSc in Sport Science, Psychology or related field
* Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player
* Desire to improve young athletes’ performance and welfare
* Energy and enthusiasm
* Highly organised and methodical approach to workload
* Confidential and diplomatic
* Right to Work in the UK
* Experience of working in academy football
* Knowledge of LTAD frameworks
* Experience using PMA
* Knowledge of the EPPP requirements
* Full & clean UK driving license
