Digital Marketing Executive

With over 4,000 customers, Klipspringer's online presence is continually growing and we are looking for a hard- working and talented Digital Marketing Executive to help propel this forward further, faster. With a primary goal of increasing online adoption and web revenue across our customer base, the successful candidate will have a strong and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, along with an enthusiastic drive to support continued business growth, making it easier for our customers to access even more value online. Their second key goal is to facilitate cross-selling / upselling online, to increase product penetration and increase average online order value. They will be a strong team player, working with marketing colleagues to achieve the overall marketing team objective of attracting new marketing leads and hitting our overall company revenue target. Where relevant, they will also work with the Customer Support, I.T. and external web developers/consultants to plan and implement online UX developments, and then analyse the effect of these using tools such as HotJar and GA4.

Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Continually improve website performance (of both Corporate and Portal/Shop site) to improve user experience, increase online adoption, help customer retention and increase product awareness, including online upsells and cross-sells to increase average online order value.
▪ Proactively manage website developments, working with internal and external digital teams.
▪ Work with marketing content team to improve SEO performance and domain authority.
▪ Manage paid advertising PPC/LinkedIn, with regular testing, reviews & reporting.
▪ Support with digital/automated lead nurturing where relevant.
▪ Conduct regular website audits (at least quarterly).
▪ Provide regular reporting on SEO and paid advertising campaigns (at least quarterly).
Performance Objectives
▪ User experience metrics
▪ SEO metrics (loading times, mobile responsiveness, keyword rankings, domain authority etc)
▪ Website traffic and revenue
▪ Average online order value
▪ Online cross-sells / upsells
▪ Digital leads generated
Skills Required
▪ Strategic planning and accountability for delivering on the plan.
▪ Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong time and task management to ensure achieve key performance metrics.
▪ Initiative and creativity to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
▪ Ability to work with and manage external agencies/consultants.
▪ Good knowledge of website/ERP integrations, and up-to-date marketing tools and techniques, including Google
Analytics (GA4), HotJar, Search Console etc.
▪ Knowledge of technical SEO and familiarity with key website performance tools including Semrush,
UberSuggest, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
