Responsibilities
* Direct strategic and operational initiatives to enhance personal development, progression, careers education and student enrichment, encompassing lifelong learning and career advancement for all students and apprentices.
* Plan and support student progression beyond individual courses, fostering a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
* Implement initiatives yielding short, medium, and long‑term benefits for students, including support services, career guidance, experiential learning, and enrichment opportunities.
* Enable a culture of responsiveness and collaboration, ensuring the college remains agile and responsive to community needs.
About You
* Consistent delivery of success as the accountable person for improving student outcomes, leading a curriculum or cross‑college department.
* Professional Teaching Qualification.
* Management Qualification or relevant experience.
* Proven ability and success in matrix management leading to improved student experience and outcomes.
