Solicitor – Clinical Negligence (Claimant) Location: Birmingham Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join its specialist Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised department, working alongside award-winning Partners on high-value, complex clinical negligence matters. The work is varied and includes cases involving brain and spinal injuries, birth trauma, fatal claims, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical negligence. This role suits a Solicitor with experience managing their own litigated clinical negligence caseload who is now looking to accelerate their development in a top-tier practice.
