The role:
1. Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility of driving cases to appointment date and beyond.
2. Dealing with cases from commencement/handover to closure, driving case progression from appointment including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders
3. Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly Administrations and CVLs
4. Stakeholder management
5. Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
6. Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
7. Having a degree of autonomy in decision making
8. Manage and lead team members
9. Develop relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externally
The successful candidate:
10. 6 plus years’ corporate insolvency experience
11. Good numeracy and analytical skills
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Attention to detail and accuracy
14. Ability to identify and deal with high-risk issues
15. Flexibility and adaptability
16. Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio
17. Excellent team player
18. Strong organisational skills

20. Excellent interpersonal skills
21. As the role requires analysis and preparation of financial data, an accountancy and/or insolvency qualification is desirable, but is not required.
