Salary: JG6 SCP23 £34,434 per annum (FTE)
Actual annual pro-rata salary £5,597.13 per annum

Thank you for your interest in the role of Chaplain and Partnership Lead. In Lighthouse Schools Partnership we work closely with the Diocese of Bristol and the Diocese of Bath and Wells. The Diocese of Bristol has partnered with our Trust to support the development of a chaplaincy role in two of our Bristol primary schools.
We are recruiting to a new post of 2 x Chaplain and Partnership Leads. We are looking for people with a background in youth work or education, with excellent people skills and a positive approach. We set and expect high standards in all that we do. These posts can be combined into 1 x 14 hours to work across both schools.
There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) that the holder of this post is a practising Christian.
Since the Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) was started in 2016 we have experienced rapid growth. We currently number 33 schools and have nearly 13,000 pupils in our schools and more than 1,900 employees.
