Job Description
Are you an experienced Porter/Driver with a Full Class 2 Driving License looking for a new role in a company with nearly 150 years of experience within the logistics and removals sector?
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Class 2 Driver who is hard-working and resilient, as you’ll be delivering and loading/unloading a range of goods from furniture to high-valued artwork. You’ll be part of a team delivering a premium service, loading and unloading, ensuring great care is put into the safe journey of our client's valued items and your colleagues.

Requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Licences
* HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (essential)
* Team leading and/or supervisory experience (preferred)
* Knowledge of established legal tachograph procedures (essential)
* ADR - Packages (preferred)
* Domestic Removals Experience
Daily Responsibilities
* Vehicle daily checks of your allocated HGV Class 2/7.5t/3.5t vehicle
* Ensuring the vehicle is equipped with all the relevant specialist equipment required for the day's operation
* Lifting and packing a range of laboratory equipment, furniture, fine art and more
* Taking goods in or out of storage
* Lifting and moving loads in excess of 25kg
* Ensuring the highest standards are met when on site
* Responsible for your health and safety and for your colleagues
* Always deliver excellent customer care and service
* Complying with all company and health and safety procedures
