About the Role
Were recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Buckingham (MK18 1TB). This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are looking for long-term work.
Youll be involved in packing products, palletising goods, and helping to keep production running smoothly. The role includes some lifting (up to 15kg) and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Packing and labelling products on the production line
Palletising and wrapping goods ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Following health & safety and quality control procedures
Manual handling of items up to 15kg
What Were Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Able to work well in a team
Physically capable of lifting up to 15kg
Previous production or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
