Meraki Talent is working with a Professional Body based in Grantham, looking to recruit a Membership Admin on a 12month FTC.
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Membership professional to join the team. This role plays a vital part in supporting members and ensuring the smooth administration of licensed activities, grading, and registration processes.
Membership Admin duties:
* Act as a first point of contact for member enquiries, providing timely and professional support by phone and email.
* Administer grading and registration processes, including handling fee queries and processing payments in line with organisational procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by updating and managing the CRM system.
* Provide administrative support for the CPD audit process, including tracking compliance and maintaining relevant records.
* Collate and prepare documentation for members, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Liaise with third-party organisations to coordinate and support external visits and activities.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
Person Specification:
* Must have experience working in an office environment previously, dealing with customer service queries, ideally in a professional body or educational setting.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar software.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
