Were on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about keeping high-performance machinery running at peak efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of maintenance and repair across a broad range of production equipment
* Tackle breakdowns head-on and carry out proactive, planned maintenance
* Install, commission, and maintain CNC and foundry machinery
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive operational excellence
* Apply your fabrication and fault-finding expertise to solve problems efficiently
* Follow and close work orders for PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in metal works and heavy industrial machinery
* Proven skills in machinery installation, commissioning, and hands-on repair
* Strong background in CNC maintenance, fault-finding, and schematic interpretation
* Familiarity with PLC fault diagnosis
* NVQ Level 3 (electrical or mechanical) is essential
* A team-first mindset with great communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach
