Job Description - A Licensed Mechanic (15951)

As one of our A Licensed Mechanics, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving, reducing delays, and helping us maintain the highest technical reliability of any Airbus fleet in the world.
As part of an 800-strong team, you’ll use your aircraft technical knowledge to perform maintenance on our fleet of A320 and A320neos, adhering to industry-leading safety and technical standards. Working under the guidance of Duty Engineers or Certifying Licensed Aircraft Engineers, you’ll carry out defect rectification and routine servicing using the latest tools and technology.

What you need to do the role
* Hold a UK Part 66 A licence and authorisation.
* Have operational experience in a line maintenance environment.
* Possess technical knowledge of aircraft and the necessary hand skills.
* Be comfortable using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting systems.
* Have working knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Work effectively as part of a team, meet deadlines, and overcome operational challenges.
* Collaborate with people at all levels within the organization.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role is based in Gatwick, working NNNN 10.75-hour shifts. The shift pattern will be 4x4 with occasional travel to easyJet’s headquarters or network locations.
