Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic organisation seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director and Head Office functions. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for a dedicated and loyal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Director and Senior Management Team across a wide range of operational, administrative, and HR-related tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Director's office, while also supporting Head Office departments and wider business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's diary, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organise visitors.
Provide day-to-day support on projects, reports, and confidential tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including insurance providers, solicitors, contractors, and other business partners.
Support with the planning and execution of new store openings, including logistics, compliance checks, and stakeholder communications.
Assist the wider Senior Management Team, including Retail and other Head Office functions, with administrative and operational tasks.
Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding of new staff, contract management, leavers' processes, and handling disciplinary or grievance matters.
Assist departments such as Customer Service, Digital, HR, and Admin teams with ad hoc projects and reporting.
Ensure the onboarding of new staff runs smoothly, including IT equipment set-up, office organisation, and induction coordination.
Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documentation with the highest level of accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Take ownership of administrative projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
Skills and Attributes
Proven experience as a high-level administrator or executive assistant supporting senior management.
Strong diary management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
