£32,000 - £40,000 per year (DOE) | Full Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
The Role
* Organise classrooms and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to a wide range of student abilities.
* Supervise practical PE lessons, both indoors and outdoors.
* Motivate students to explore new sports and athletic pursuits.
* Provide guidance and support to students in PE and Humanities projects.
* Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare of all students.
About You
* Has a committed and passionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
* Brings at least two years\' experience in a SEND environment or similar provision.
* Holds QTS/QTLS (advantageous but not essential).
* Can inspire, engage, and support learners in achieving their full potential.
