Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate processing and packing equipment equipped with a manufacturing recipe management system.
2. Inspect and maintain safety (LOTO) and quality (HACCP / GMP) parameters and specifications.
3. Safely execute equipment start-up and shutdown procedures.
4. Prepare production documents, such as manufacturing records, quality records, and productivity reports.
5. Execute Autonomous Maintenance activities, including general cleaning and inspections to prescribed standards.
6. Maintain equipment performance by understanding equipment structure and functions, and identify causes of abnormalities.
7. Work independently or as part of a team, utilizing problem-solving tools (RCA, 5 Why) to determine root causes, eliminate losses, and improve processes.
Additional Requirements
Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Educated to GCSE level.
