Regional Sales Manager Somerset, England, United Kingdom A leading UK construction specialist is seeking a driven and personable Regional Sales Manager to join their market-leading division. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across industrial, commercial, and leisure projects. This is a remote role, some travelling around is involved, with quarterly sales meetings taking place in the Midlands. What you’ll do: * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, fabricators, and structural engineers * Interpret construction drawings and confidently present products and solutions * Deliver CPD presentations to consultant engineers * Meet sales and margin targets with support from technical and sales teams * Track multiple projects from design and tender through to order placement * Maintain strong commercial awareness and ensure cost-effective solutions * Manage administrative tasks and internal reporting What we’re looking for: * Proven sales experience, ideally within construction or steel solutions * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Excellent organisational abilities and self-motivation * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Computer literate, with a professional approach in meetings and presentations * Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK What’s on offer: * Competitive salary plus commission * Company car, mobile phone, and IT support * Pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance * 33 days holiday (including statutory)
