What You’ll Do Support the demand planning process by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and forecast accuracy metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain, to gather and validate forecast inputs. Contribute to inventory optimization by assessing stock levels and identifying areas for improvement. Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations on demand planning performance and KPIs. Help identify and address imbalances in supply and demand, proactively communicating insights to stakeholders. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP, or IBP (familiarity with demand planning software is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
