Head of Sales
We are a rapidly growing company looking for an ambitious Sales department Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a hunter mentality, who thrives on building new business and managing sales from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline (60% new business focus).
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and build tailored proposals and quotations.
* Document all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions accurately.
* Attend trade shows and close deals.
* Manage the team, department and all elements of the sales process, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior staff.
* Operate with autonomy - your day is dictated by what drives results, whether on the road or onsite.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development.
* CNC experience is essential.
* 5-6 years of relevant experience; looking for someone ambitious and eager to grow with the company.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Must be commutable to Milton Keynes.

* Salary: up to £60k basic + uncapped commission.
