Wealth Management Engineering requires a hybrid Technical Project / Product Manager & Business Analyst to manage critical growth initiatives and regulatory obligations by leveraging project management skills and functional expertise. The role involves supporting technology needs across divisions and managing key initiatives for the Asset and Wealth Management Division (AWM), focusing on engineering uplift to meet new business opportunities and industry/regulatory demands.
Roles will include:
1. Collaborating with Divisional and Engineering Management, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to define requirements.
2. Working with Engineering leadership to agree on solution design, resourcing, and deliverables.
3. Supporting Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring dependencies and deliverables are met.
4. Holding project teams accountable and removing roadblocks to progress.
5. Tracking project metrics such as OKRs and communicating status to senior leadership.
6. Gaining deep functional knowledge of the problem domain.
7. Applying critical thinking to challenge assumptions.
8. Managing problem resolution and escalation of unresolved issues.
Basic skills and qualifications:

* Experience as a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst in Financial Services or relevant industry.

* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Desirable:
* Understanding of Investment Banking and financial concepts.
* Experience with trade lifecycle and functional teams in investment banking.
* Knowledge of project and software development lifecycles.
* Ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively.
