We're recruiting Technical Analysts to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT support to our clients over the phone, as part of our 5-star Service Desk. Our clients include Council Workers supporting major cities, Government agencies, and large UK commercial businesses.

Due to the secure nature of the role, all applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level.
Starting Salary is £24,700 with twice-yearly increments based on performance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Join our Service Desk team and deliver exceptional IT support to our clients over the phone.
Key Tasks:
* Provide technical support for system, software, hardware, and network issues.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
* Log and manage service requests via bespoke applications.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required qualifications:
* Understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot in a busy environment.
* Ability to work independently.
* Experience in Service Desk or IT Support is advantageous but not essential.
