Salary: £37,000 - 69,000 per year Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Proven success in rolling out IT infrastructure across diverse technologies.
* Strong knowledge of systems administration, firewalls, VPNs, VOIP, and data storage.
* Familiarity with licensing, compliance, and backup protocols.
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* Cisco networking and/or Microsoft Core Infrastructure qualifications or demonstrable experience and understanding.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and secure all IT infrastructure, hardware, and data systems.
* Monitor system performance and ensure continuity of service.
* Define IT strategy, architecture, and processes for continuous improvement.
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions.
* Oversee IT budgets and maintain the asset register.
* Ensure compliance with company and group IT policies.
* Collaborate with group IT on rollouts and upgrades.
* Install and maintain servers, networks, and wireless systems.
