Overview
As a Service Engineer, you are the lifesaver for our customers. You are a technical all-rounder who quickly understands and resolves issues. You travel to customers across the whole UK to ensure machines run smoothly again and reassure customers with your knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities
* Together with the Service Coordinator, discuss technical malfunctions and immediately come up with solutions.
* On-site, analyze problems, solve them, and advise customers on how to prevent future malfunctions.
* Share your knowledge with customers and colleagues and document your work in service reports.
* Often work independently, with support from our team when needed.
Qualifications
* An education or relevant working experience in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
* Willingness to travel across the UK; travel during the week and home on weekends. If weekend work is required, it is always in consultation.
* Flexibility, as tasks cannot always be planned in advance.
* Good command of the English language.
