Working alongside the Locality Team Leaders and Service Manager, this role will have responsibility for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service including how information is recorded, collected, used, stored and analysed to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs. Based across Derby & Derbyshire the post will work with and support delivery of services to children, young people and families in these areas.
The post holder directly manages the Senior Administrator and oversees the direction and support to the administration team providing for high quality, efficient and effective administrative functions.
This service operates from Administrative Hubs in Derby city centre and Clay Cross and there will be need for the successful candidate to work flexibly between these sites, as well as working remotely, all in line with service delivery. There may be some infrequent requirement to travel between our schools and partner agencies in addition.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced Administration Team Leader with extensive experience in and knowledge of the use of data and information systems to support the Early Intervention Mental Health services in Derby and Derbyshire. You will have all the skills of an Administration Team Leader alongside the developed ability to input, store, retrieve, analyse and report on data from a client management information system.
The post holder will provide leadership, expert data systems knowledge and professional information, advice and support to skill mix teams to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardised information and excellent customer focused care across service.
Key responsibilities and duties will include:
1. Ensuring excellent customer focused care and services to the public
2. Establishing cohesive Information Systems
3. Oversight of administrative standard operating procedures
4. Integration of Management Information Systems
5. Development and delivery of digital services
6. Design and delivery of activity and performance dashboard reports.

You must possess a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. An enhanced level DBS check is required for this role.

15. English Language and Maths - GCSE A C or equivalent qualification
16. NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent
17. Level 3 IT Qualification/Training in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Packages or equivalent experience

18. Experience in dealing with phone calls and email enquiries
19. Experience of inputting and producing statistical data and reports on databases and spreadsheets
20. Experience in Microsoft Office Packages, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
21. Experience in providing support to others based in different locations
22. Working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking is essential
23. Organising, attending and taking minutes of meetings, producing reports, managing and analysing data and service user records
24. Liaising with clients/customers via the telephone, email and in person in a busy customer service environment.
25. Experience of managing and supervising others within a team.

34. Ability and willingness to adopt a flexible approach to occasionally working outside normal office hours at different venues if required.
