Key responsibilities include
1. Lead the financial strategy to support the firm's growth, profitability and long-term sustainability
2. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO providing financial insight and commercial guidance
3. Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, boards packs and KPI reporting
4. Ensure robust and timely financial controls, governance and compliance
5. Ensure compliance with SRA accounting rules and regulatory requirements
6. Work closely with partners to manage cashflow, utilisation rates and profitability
7. Drive process and system improvements to ensure best in class practices
About your experience
8. Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
9. Proven experience within the legal sector
10. Desire and ability to work both strategically and hands on when needed
