Junior Project Manager
Salary: £26,000+

Hybrid: 4 days on site/1 day at home per week
Outsource UK are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager on behalf of a leading brand and marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar marketing, creative or agency environment or a recent graduate looking to build a career in project management.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support senior colleagues and help deliver a range of client projects and campaigns. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the delivery of projects on time, on brand and within budget
2. Helping to write accurate project and creative briefs
3. Coordinating with creative, copy, design and studio teams
4. Managing timelines and ensuring work meets quality standards
5. Providing clear and consistent updates to clients and internal teams
6. Responding quickly to client requests and helping build strong relationships
7. Assisting with cost estimates, time tracking and project financial processes
8. Keeping project files organised and maintaining internal systems
9. Prioritising multiple tasks and anticipating potential challenges
10. Demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, enthusiastic about brands and marketing, and confident communicating with both internal teams and clients.
